Live Entertainment
Music, comedy and other genre of entertainment will always be a key feature at the Kings Arms, as it establishes itself as a centre for live music in South Wales.
Cabaret nights, featuring top musicians and comedians, will be a regular feature to enhance a night at our top class restaurant. The Kings Arms will present a varied programme, with the aim of including something to tickle all tastes.
Black Mountain Jazz meet every two weeks on a Sunday night, providing a regular opportunity to see some of the best live jazz around. The Club has its own website with details of many past performances. The Club meets at 8pm and non-members are always welcome.
Abergavenny Acoustic Club meet every two weeks on a Thursday night and they also welcome non-members. The Club's programme of live music includes 'open mic' nights and 'special guest evenings'.
Tuesdays is market day in Abergavenny and the Kings Arms' Market Rendezvous is the ideal venue from 12pm to 3pm. Enjoy lunch, a light snack or just a drink, in a relaxed environment that also has a vitality sparked by something of interest always happening.
The Kings Arms also supports an ongoing programme of special events, ranging from charity fashion shows to 'jump jive' suppers. Whatever your taste, there is likely to be something in the future programme for you. |
