Kings Art Exhibitions
Artytexture
The Kings Arms has launched its first of a continuing series of art exhibitions by living local artists. The exhibition features Artytexture - a group of enthusiastic, skilled needle workers and textile artists based in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The artists specialise in their use of a range of materials, threads and fabrics in both traditional and contemporary styles of appliqué, stumpwork and embroidery, to produce intricate finished artwork.
All of their designs on display in the restaurant and bar areas are original and take inspiration from things the artists admire and value - they are as diverse as those who sew them.
